Seroflo Rotacaps (Salmeterol; Fluticasone) is a combined preventive medication for asthma in adults. It must be taken consistently to be effective, even when symptoms are absent. Salmeterol functions as a long-acting beta antagonist, while Fluticasone is a corticosteroid.
